摘要
ITO电热膜玻璃是解决液晶显示器低温启动问题的主要方法。为使ITO电加热玻璃实现高效均匀的加热特性,经剖析ITO电热膜玻璃的构造特点和电流密度分布、温度分布特征、电极结构分布等因素,表明电极结构对ITO电热膜玻璃的发热性能具有较大影响。通过COMSOL软件,开展电极结构对其电加热玻璃温度分布、加热均匀性的研究,研究发现电极结构为70~20 mm时,梯形ITO电热膜玻璃表面温度分布较均匀(±3℃)。通过本次研究,为电热膜玻璃工艺生产提供了电极结构设计的一般规则。
ITO electric heating film glass was the main method to solve the problem of low temperature startup of liquid crystal display.In order to achieve high-efficiency and uniform heating characteristics of ITO electric heating glass,the structural characteristics,current density distribution,temperature distribution characteristics and electrode structure distribution of ITO electro-thermal film glass were analyzed,which indicated that the electrode structure has better heating performance for ITO electric heating film glass.In this paper,the temperature structure and heating uniformity of the electrode-heated glass were studied by COMSOL software.It was found that the surface temperature distribution of the trapezoidal ITO electro-thermal film glass was uniform(±3℃)when the electrode structure was 70 mm~20 mm.Through this research,the general rules for electrode structure design are provided for the production of electro-thermal film glass.
