河流生态系统服务的利益攸关者认知调查研究

A Survey of Stakeholders' Perceptions of River Ecosystem Services

采用访谈和问卷调查,分析了利益攸关者对河流生态系统服务的差异性,以及不同类型利益攸关者对河流生态系统服务重要性的评估。结果表明:当地居民认为调节与维持服务是最重要的河流生态系统服务,旅游从业者和旅游者认为文化服务很重要,四类利益攸关者都重视调节与维持服务,三大类服务中的食物供给、水资源提供、减少污染物、生物多样性维持、自然景观等服务,而很少有利益攸关者群体认为固碳和土壤形成是特别有价值的服务,表现出不同利益群体间存在协同和冲突关系,这种关系需要管理措施调节与管理。

This paper uses interview and questionnaires to analyze the differences of stakeholders on river ecosystem services,and the assessment of the importance of river ecosystem services by different types of stakeholders.The results show that growers consider the provision of services to be the most important river ecosystem service;tourism practitioners and tourists consider cultural services to be very important,and all four types of stakeholders pay attention to food supply,water supply,and reduction of the three types of services,and none of the stakeholder groups see carbon sequestration and soil formation as particularly valuable services.Services such as pollutant services,biodiversity maintenance services,and natural landscapes show synergies and conflicts between different interest groups,and this relationship requires management measures to regulate and manage.
