四川某丘陵地区农村分散式生活污水处理工艺及应用

Rural Decentralized Domestic Sewage Treatment Technology and Application in a Hill Area in Sichuan Province

由于四川某丘陵地区农村人口居住较分散,生活污水主要来源于厕所冲水、洗涤用水、厨房污水等,使得农村生活污水水质、水量波动较大,污水排放日变化系数一般可达3.0~5.0,污水中含有较高的有机物、SS等。采用废水经格栅+调节池+一体化处理设备(厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池、沉淀池、消毒池)处理后可达到《四川省农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准》(DB51/2626-2019)的一级标准,污水处理费用约为0.56元/m 3,经济上可行。基于此,结合污水设施运行中存在的问题提出了建议:加大农村污水管网的建设,提高污水收集率;对分散式农村污水处理设施增加在线监控系统。

Because the rural population in the hilly areas of Sichuan is relatively scattered,the domestic sewage mainly comes from toilet flushing,washing water,kitchen sewage etc.So,the quality and quantity of rural domestic sewage is fluctuated,and the daily variation coefficient of sewage discharge can generally reach 3~5.The sewage contains high organic matter,SS and so on.The wastewater is treated by grille-regulating tank–the integrated equipment(anaerobic tank,anoxic tank,aerobic tank,sedimentation tank and disinfection tank)and reaches the first-class standard of Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities in Sichuan Province(DB51/2626-2019).The sewage treatment cost is about 0.56 yuan/m 3,which is economically feasible.In addition,combined with the problems existing in the operation of sewage facilities,it is suggested to increase the construction of rural sewage pipe network and improve the sewage collection rate;and it is recommended to add an online monitoring system to the decentralized rural sewage treatment facilities.
