超声逆王水提取等离子光谱测定水系沉积物中多元素 被引量:1

摘要 利用超声水浴-逆王水-氢氟酸体系对水系沉积物标准物质(GBW07375 GSD-25、GBW07375 GSD-27、GBW07375 GSD-31)进行了消解,采用等离子光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定了Cu、Cr、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn、As的含量。结果表明:当水系沉积物样品量为100 mg,逆王水用量5 mL,HF用量1 mL于60℃超声水浴提取60 min为最优消解条件,其结果均在标准物质认定值范围内。该前处理方法具有简便、安全、高效和准确等优点,适用于水系沉积物Cu、Cr、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn、As的含量快速批量测定。 The standard substances(GBW07375 GSD-25,GBW07375 GSD-27 and GBW07375 GSD-31)of aqueous sediments were digested by ultrasonic water bath-inverse aqua regia-hydrofluoric acid system.The contents of Cu,Cr,Mn,Ni,Pb,Zn and As were simultaneously determined by plasma spectrometry(ICP-OES).The experimental results show that:when the sample amount of water system sediment is 100 mg,the dosage of inverse aqua regia is 5 mL,and the dosage of HF is 1 mL.The optimal digestion conditions are extracted in an ultrasonic water bath at 60℃for 60 min.The results are all within the certified value range of the standard material.The pretreatment method has the advantages of simplicity,safety,high efficiency and accuracy,which is suitable for rapid batch determination of the contents of Cu,Cr,Mn,Ni,Pb,Zn,and As in water system sediments.
