市政污泥团粒化改性及固化机理研究

摘要 市政污泥含水率高、水分脱除难度大等特性不仅限制市政污泥的转移运输处理,而且给市政污泥的资源化利用带来了诸多困难。为此,提出了采用机械—化学改性结合的方法对市政污泥进行团粒化改性处理,对团粒化改性过程中固化剂的掺入量以及污泥团粒化改性的基本机理进行了研究。经团粒化改性后的球状污泥能够实现快速出厂,初步解决市政污泥预处理困难的问题。微观试验表明:污泥颗粒与水化产物之间的胶结作用,改善了污泥疏松多孔的结构,颗粒和水化产物之间紧紧包裹填充在孔隙中,形成坚固密实的结构体,降低了污泥的含水率,进一步增强了污泥强度。 The characteristics of high-water content and difficult water removal of municipal sludge not only restrict the transportation and treatment of municipal sludge,but also bring many difficulties to the resource utilization of municipal sludge.In this paper,the granular modification treatment of municipal sludge is carried out by combining mechanical and chemical modification.The incorporation amount of curing agent and the basic mechanism of granular modification of sludge are studied.The pellet modified sludge can be delivered quickly and solve the difficult problem of municipal sludge pretreatment preliminarily.The microscopic test shows that the cementation between the sludge particles and hydration products improves the porous structures of the sludge,and the particles and hydration products are tightly wrapped and filled in the pores,forming a firm and dense structure,reducing the moisture content of the sludge,and further enhancing the strength of the sludge.
