摘要
目的探讨青少年笑气中毒所致周围神经损害的肌电图特点,提高临床医师对青少年笑气中毒所致的多发性周围神经损害的认识,警示青少年吸食笑气的危害。方法回顾性分析2019~2021年于哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院神经内科、儿内科就诊的5例笑气中毒患者的肌电图特点,测定运动、感觉神经传导速度、F波、H反射及肌电图。结果肌电图检查显示运动、感觉神经均有不同程度的损害,F波、H反射均出现异常,肌电图显示近、远端肌肉呈神经源性损害。结论笑气中毒可致严重的周围神经损害,表现为严重轴索变性的同时伴有脱髓鞘损害。
Objective To investigate the electromyographic features of peripheral nerve damage caused by nitrous oxide poisoning in adolescents,to improve clinicians’understanding of multiple peripheral nerve damage caused by nitrous oxide poisoning in adolescents,and to warn adolescents of the dangers of nitrous oxide inhalation.Methods The electromyographic features of 5 patients with nitrous oxide poisoning who visited the Department of Neurology and Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from 2019 to 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the motor,sensory nerve conduction velocity,F wave,H reflex and electromyography were measured.Results Electromyography showed that the motor and sensory nerves were damaged to varying degrees,the F wave and H reflex were abnormal.Electromyography showed neurogenic damage to proximal and distal muscles.Conclusion Nitrous oxide poisoning can cause severe peripheral nerve damage,manifested as severe axonal degeneration accompainied by demyelination damage.
