序贯正向心理干预对骨折术后患者心理状态及自我效能的影响

Effect of sequential positive psychological intervention on psychology and self-efficacy of postoperative patients with fracture

目的分析序贯正向心理干预对骨折患者术后心理状态及自我效能的影响。方法选择2019年3月~2022年2月我院140例因骨折住院患者,根据患者入院治疗日期随机分为实验组和对照组,每组70例。建立序贯正向心理干预方案。对照组患者给予常规出院复诊计划及健康宣讲;实验组患者在常规处理基础上给予序贯正向心理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)、自我功能独立性量表(Functional Independence Measure,FIM)及自我效能评价表对两组患者出院时(T0)及90天后(T1)的心理状态和自我效能进行评估。结果实验组及对照组自我效能评分T1时均高于T0(P<0.05),且T1时实验组自我效能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组FIM量表测评优于对照组(P<0.05),同时,实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,实验组的心理干预效果满意度高于对照组。结论在常规出院复诊计划及健康宣讲基础上采用序贯正向心理干预能有效改善患者负面情绪,显著增强患者的自我效能感,有效促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of sequential positive psychological intervention on mental state and self-efficacy of fracture patients after operation.Methods One hundred and forty patients hospitalized with fracture from March 2019 to February 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n=70)and control group(n=70).A sequential positive psychological intervention program was established.Patients in the control group were given routine discharge revisit plan and health propaganda,while patients in the experimental group were given sequential positive psychological intervention on the basis of routine.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Functional Independence Scale(FIM)and Self-Efficacy Evaluation Scale were used to compare the changes of mental state and self-efficacy between the two groups just after discharge(T0)and 90 days later(T1).Results The self-efficacy scores of both groups were higher at 90 days(T1),and the self-efficacy score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control goup at T1(P<0.05).The FIM scale of the experimental group was better than that of the control goup(P<0.05).At the same time,SAS and SDS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control goup(P<0.05).In addition,the experimental group was more statisfied with the effect of psychological intervention.Conclusion On the basis of routine discharge revisit plan and health propaganda,sequential positive psychological intervention can effectively improve negative emotion,significantly enhance sense of self-efficacy and effectively promote rehabilitation of postoperative patients with fracture.
