摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱对聚醚黏合剂环氧乙烷–四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET)、交联剂多官能度脂肪族异氰酸酯(N–100)及自制有机胺盐(OAS)之间的化学反应进行了动力学研究,得到了PET/N–100、PET/N–100/OAS体系固化反应速率常数和表观活化能。结果表明,PET/N–100、PET/N–100/OAS体系固化反应均为二级反应,表观活化能分别为59.74kJ/mol和42.12kJ/mol,2种体系固化反应速率均随反应温度的升高而增加,OAS不与N–100发生反应,仅对PET/N–100体系固化反应起催化作用。
The kinetics of the chemical reactions between the polyether binder ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether(PET),the crosslinking agent polyfunctional aliphatic isocyanate(N-100)and the self-made organic amine salt(OAS)was studied using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,the curing reaction rate constants and apparent activation energies of PET/N-100,PET/N-100/OAS systems were obtained.The results show that the curing reactions of PET/N-100,PET/N-100/OAS systems are all second-order reaction,the apparent activation energies are 59.74 kJ/mol and 42.12 kJ/mol respectively.The curing reaction rates of two systems all increase with the increase of reaction temperature.The OSA does not react with N-100,it only catalyzes the curing reaction of PET/N-100 system.
