Adaptive transformation operation analysis of 140kt/a polypropylene plant

洛阳石化2~#聚丙烯装置于2019年进行了适应性改造,技术标定表明:装置在20.46t/h高负荷下,精制丙烯质量满足生产需要,设备运行平稳,产品质量稳定;标定期间装置能耗(以标准油计)为102.42kg/t,丙烯单耗为1.0055t/t,主催化剂单耗为0.0147kg/t,技术经济指标大幅度提升,已达到改造目标。

Luoyang Petrochemical 2#polypropylene plant underwent adaptive transformation in 2019.The technical calibration shows that the quality of refined propylene meets the production requirements of the plant under high load of 20.46t/h,the equipments run smoothly,and the product quality is stable.During the calibration,the energy consumption(expressed as standard oil)of plant is 102.42kg/t,the unit consumption of propylene is 1.0055t/t,the unit consumption of the main catalyst is 0.0147kg/t.The technical and economic indicators were greatly improved,and the transformation targets have been achieved.
