摘要
学科建设是高校建设的“基础要素”与“核心标识”。以山西农业大学作物学学科为例,结合布罗代尔的社会时间划分标准全景式呈现作物学学科的发展历程,总结作物学学科的演进特征,即根据外部环境的变化采取适宜战略引领学科成长、构建知识网络整合内外部知识资源助力学科成长、优化学科治理机制耦合知识生产与组织管理系统保障学科成长,并提出基于“环境—战略—结构—能力—绩效”的作物学学科生成机理模型。
Discipline construction is a “basic element” and “core identification” of university construction. Taking the discipline of Crop Science at Shanxi Agricultural University as an example, this article uses Fernand Braudel’s notion of social time to lay out the development course of Crop Science, and summarizes its evolution characteristics. That is, taking proper strategies in line with external environment changes to guide the disciplinary growth;constructing a knowledge network and combining both the internal and external knowledge resources to boost the disciplinary growth;optimizing discipline management mechanism and integrating the knowledge production network and organization management network to ensure the disciplinary growth. Last but not least, this article brings forward a model of generation mechanism for the discipline of Crop Science, emphasizing the logic of environment-strategy-structure-capacity-performance.
