摘要
为研究高效纤维空气滤材的抗湿性能,选取了5种不同类型的F9级滤材,测试其吸水性和表面润湿性,进行静态抗湿性能分析;并在不同空气相对湿度下测试阻力、抗张强度和挺度的变化规律,评价其动态抗湿性能。研究表明:滤材静态抗湿性能是由表面和内部疏水特性共同决定的;60%~80%相对湿度范围内,各滤材阻力和强度基本保持不变,相对湿度超过90%,合成纤维滤材强度保持不变,但阻力会升高,对于其他类型滤材,阻力和强度会发生不同程度的恶化;动态抗湿性能更能反映滤材在实际应用中的状态,因此更适合于评价滤材的抗湿性能。
In order to study the moisture resistance of high efficiency air filter fiber materials, five different types of class F9 filter materials are selected to test their water absorption and surface wettability for analyzing the static moisture resistance. Meanwhile, the resistance, tensile properties and bending resistance are tested under different air humidity to evaluate its dynamic moisture resistance. The results show that the static moisture resistance of the filter material is determined by the hydrophobicity of the surface and inside. In the range of 60%~80% relative humidity, the resistance and strength of all filter materials remain basically unchanged. However, when the relative humidity exceeds 90%, the strength of filter materials with synthetic fiber remains unchanged, but the resistance will increase, and the rest of filter materials will deteriorate to varying degrees. The dynamic moisture resistance can better reflect the state of the filter material in practical application, so as it is more suitable to evaluate the moisture resistance of filter materials.
