涤纶通丝的结构优化及表面浸胶处理 被引量:2

Structure optimization and surface dipping treatment of polyester harness cord

摘要 为制备性能优异的涤纶通丝,通过测试通丝的拉伸、弯曲和耐磨性能来优化其编织结构。分别采用水性聚氨酯(PU)和环氧树脂(EP)对通丝进行浸胶处理,测试了通丝的弯曲性能、动态接触角和表观形貌。结果表明:当编织节距为3.6~3.8 mm时,通丝具有最优的综合力学性能;PU和EP浸胶处理能够有效改善涤纶通丝的表面粗糙度,EP对涤纶比PU具有更好的黏附性能。当PU和EP的质量分数超过1.5%后,通丝的表面性能趋于稳定。 In order to prepare polyester harness cord with excellent performance, the braided structure of harness cord is optimized by testing its tensile, bending and wearability properties. Then waterborne polyurethane(PU) and epoxy resin(EP) are used to dipping treat the optimized harness cord, respectively. The influence of dipping treatment on the performance of harness cord is studied by characterizing its bending properties, dynamic contact angle and apparent morphology. The results show that when the braided pitch is 3.6~3.8 mm, the harness cord has the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties. PU and EP dipping treatment can effectively improve the surface roughness of the polyester harness cord. EP has better adhesion to polyester fibers than PU. When the mass fraction of PU and EP reaches 1.5%, the surface performance of the harness cord tends to be stable.
