混合鸭绒多组分保暖絮片的制备及性能 被引量:1

Preparation of mixed duck down multicomponent warm flocculus and their properties

摘要 针对传统防寒纺织品厚重臃肿、防寒效果差的问题,基于多组分组合理念,以鸭绒、中空涤纶、热熔涤纶为材料,采用热风黏合工艺制备出一种混合鸭绒多组分保暖絮片。采用织物厚度仪、电子天平、织物风格仪、平板式织物保温仪、纺织品热阻湿阻测试仪测试了混合拒水鸭绒絮片和混合普通鸭绒絮片性能的差异。结果显示:相同单位面积质量下,混合拒水鸭绒絮片的压缩回弹性、蓬松性均优于混合普通鸭绒絮片;当单位面积质量较低时,两种混合鸭绒絮片的保暖性差别不大;当单位面积质量≥100 g/m^(2)时,混合拒水鸭绒絮片的热阻和克罗值明显高于混合普通鸭绒保暖絮片,并且两者的差距随着单位面积质量的增加而加大。综合而言,与普通鸭绒相比,拒水鸭绒是一种更优的保温隔热材料。 Aiming at the problem of heavy, bulky and poor heat retention property of traditional cold-proof textiles, a kind of mixed duck down multicomponent warm flocculus is prepared from duck down, hollow polyester and hot-melt polyester by hot-air bonding process. The properties of mixed hydrophobic duck down flocculus and mixed ordinary duck down flocculus are fully compared and analyzed by fabric thickness instrument, electronic balance, fabric style meter, flat fabric heat retention tester and textile thermal and moisture resistance tester. The results showe that the same unit area mass, the compression resilience and bulkiness of mixed hydrophobic duck down flocculus are better than that of mixed ordinary duck down flocculus. When the mass per unit area is low, there is little difference in the heat retention property between the two kinds of mixed duck down flocculus. However, when the mass per unit area is more than 100 g/m^(2), the thermal resistance and Crowe value of mixed hydrophobic duck down flocculus are obviously higher than that of mixed ordinary duck down flocculus, and the difference between them increases with the increase of mass per unit area. Overall, compared with ordinary duck down, hydrophobic duck down is a better thermal insulation material.
