关于铁路工程钢筋加工场的研究与建议

摘要 针对钢筋加工场目前在设计阶段按小临工程处理存在的问题,通过对钢筋加工场开展现场调研,并结合不同单位关于临时工程标准化建设的文件,从设计阶段开展设计的需求出发,对钢筋加工场的位置选择、供应范围、设置规模、场内布置、常用机械设备等方面进行了研究并提出了相关建议。在此基础上对钢筋加工场费用计列的范围和方式进行了探讨,并通过具体工程案例进行了说明。研究可为大临工程设计规范及概(预)算编制办法的新一轮修编提供参考。 Given the problems existing in the rebar processing plant as a small-scale temporary project at the design stage, this paper studied the location selection, supply scope, setting scale, site layout, common mechanical equipment and other aspects of rebar processing plant are studied, and put forward relevant suggestions by carrying out the on-site investigation of the rebar processing plant, referring to the documents of different departments on the standardized construction of temporary projects, and considering the design needs in the early design stage. On this basis, the scope and mode of budget calculation of the rebar processing plant were discussed and explained through specific engineering cases. The study can provide a reference for the new round of revision of the code for the design of the large-scale temporary project and the preparation method of design budget estimate.
