摘要
临近铁路既有线施工路基石方工程时,因传统的爆破开挖振动大,且易产生飞石,对既有线运营带来极大的安全隐患。因此,一般在临近既有线施工时常采用机械开挖方式以规避施工风险,但同时存在工效低、投资高等不足。临近既有线采用二氧化碳致裂爆破技术可替代传统开挖方式,该技术较传统爆破技术具有安全性,且相对机械开挖具有工效高、偏经济的优点。本文基于某新建铁路路基石方工程临近既有线采用二氧化碳致裂爆破技术的试验段,研究二氧化碳致裂爆破施工工艺及统计分析人材机消耗量,并合理确定了综合单价,可为类似项目提供参考或借鉴。
When approaching the construction of roadbed stone works of railway existing lines, the vibration of traditional blasting excavation is strong, and easy to produced flying stones, which brings great hidden dangers to the operation of existing lines. So Mechanical chisel is often used in the construction of adjacent existing lines to avoid risks, but Mechanical chisel is low efficiency and high investment. The carbon dioxide blasting technology is safer than the traditional blasting technology, efficiency and economic than mechanical excavation. This paper, based on the test section of carbon dioxide blasting technology used in a new railway embankment stone block project adjacent to the existing line, studies consumption of labor materials and machine, and the comprehensive unit price is reasonably determined, which can provide reference for similar projects.
