马鞍山公铁两用长江大桥钢桁梁技术经济分析

摘要 巢马铁路是一条连接合肥市(巢湖市)与马鞍山市的高速铁路,是国家“八纵八横”高速铁路主通道之一沪汉蓉铁路运输通道合肥至上海间又一快速客运通道的重要组成部分。马鞍山公铁两用长江大桥是巢马铁路的控制性工程,位于马鞍山公路长江大桥上游2.3km,左岸为和县,右岸为当涂县,在江心洲中段跨越长江,为连接马鞍山市长江两岸的公铁两用多功能过江通道。文章介绍了主桥钢桁梁总体设计情况,包括钢桁梁的结构形式和工程数量,重点阐述了钢桁梁主要施工方案,详细对钢梁提升站、运梁栈桥、临时墩、墩旁托架、吊装施工进行说明。并以此为基础按照铁路工程概预算定额分析计算了钢梁购置、钢梁运输、钢梁拼装及吊装、顶推导梁及临时墩、提升站及抗风临时墩、运梁栈桥、墩旁托架等关键工序的工程费用得出钢桁梁造价指标,希望对类似工程钢桁梁施工组织设计及工程造价文件编制起到参考和借鉴作用。 Chaoma Railway is a high-speed railway connecting Hefei(Chaohu City) and Ma’anshan City, and is an important part of another fast passenger transport channel between Hefei and Shanghai of Hu-Han-Rong Railway.It is one of the main channels of the national "Eight vertical and Eight horizontal" high-speed railway.The Ma’anshan highway-railway dual-purpose Yangtze River Bridge is a control project of the Chao Ma Railway, located 2.3 km upstream of Ma’anshan Highway Yangtze River Bridge. The left bank is He county, and the right bank is Dangtu County, crossing the Yangtze River in the middle of jiangxinzhou.It is a multi-purpose cross-river channel connecting the two sides of the Yangtze River in Ma’anshan.The paper introduces the overall design of the steel truss girder of the main bridge, including the structural form and engineering quantity of the steel truss beam, focuses on the main construction scheme of the steel truss beam, and explains the steel girder lifting station, the transport beam trestle, the temporary pier, the pier side bracket, and the hoisting construction in detail.On the basis of this, the paper analyzes and calculates the engineering costs of key processes such as the purchase of steel beams, transportation of steel beams, assembling and lifting of steel beams and temporary piers, lifting station and wind-resistant temporary piers, trestle bridge of transport beams and bracket beside piers according to the railway project budget quota, and finally obtains the cost index of steel truss beams, hoping that it will play a reference role in the organization design and preparation of engineering cost documents for the construction of similar engineering steel truss beams.
