miR-223、UCH-L1、NGB水平在缺血性脑卒中患者的表达及相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究微小RNA-223 (miR-223)、泛素羧基末端水解酶-L1(UCH-L1)、脑红蛋白(NGB)是在缺血型脑卒中(IS)患者的表达及相关性。方法 本文选取2020年1月-2021年1月在空军军医大学第一附属医院治疗的IS患者75例作为脑卒中组,并选取在空军军医大学第一附属医院行健康体检的75例作为正常组,采用荧光定量PCR法检测所有研究对象miR-223相对表达量,酶联免疫吸附试验法检测UCH-L1、NGB水平,分析miR-223、UCH-L1、NGB在IS患者中的表达及相关性。结果 与正常组相比,脑卒中组miR-223、UCH-L1、NGB水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-223、UCH-L1、NGB与IS患者有无吞咽困难、有无高血压、脑侧支循环分级相关,与无吞咽困难、无高血压、脑侧支循环Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者相比,有吞咽困难、有高血压、脑侧支循环Ⅲ级的脑卒中患者miR-223、UCH-L1、NGB水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-223、UCH-L1、NGB之间相关性分析显示,miR-223与UCH-L1之间呈正相关(r=0.239,P=0.025);UCH-L1与NGB之间呈正相关(r=0.441,P=0.001);miR-223与NGB之间呈正相关(r=0.340,P=0.006)。结论 miR-223、UCH-L1、NGB在Is患者中异常高表达,可参与疾病的演进,临床上可根据其表达预测此病转归。 Objective To study the expression and correlation of microRNA-223(miR-223),ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase-L1(UCH-L1),and neuroglobin(NGB) in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods This article selects 75 patients with is treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as the stroke group,and selects 75 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital as the normal group,using fluorescence quantitative PCR to detect The relative expression levels of miR-223 in all subjects were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the levels of UCH-L1 and NGB,and the expression and correlation of miR-223,UCH-L1 and NGB in patients with IS were analyzed.Results Compared with the normal group,the levels of miR-223,UCH-L1,and NGB in the stroke group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).miR-223,UCH-L1,and NGB are related to the presence or absence of dysphagia,hypertension,and cerebral collateral circulation in patients with IS,and are related to the absence of dysphagia,no hypertension,and cerebral collateral circulation grades Ⅰ and Ⅱ Compared with patients with grade Ⅲ,miR-223,UCH-L1 and NGB levels in stroke patients with dysphagia,hypertension,and collateral circulation of grade Ⅲ were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis between miR-223,UCH-L1 and NGB showed that there was a positive correlation between miR-223 and UCH-L1(r=0.239,P=0.025);there was a positive correlation between UCH-L1 and NGB(r=0.441,P=0.001);there is a positive correlation between miR-223 and NGB(r=0.340,P=0.006).Conclusion miR-223,UCH-L1,and NGB are abnormally highly expressed in patients with IS,and may participate in the evolution of the disease,and the disease can be predicted clinically based on their expression.
