不同低温贮藏对百合种球生长发育的影响

Effects of Different Low Temperature Storage on Bulb Growth and Development of Lily

摘要 百合种球采后仍是有生命的个体,不合适的贮藏环境会造成种球营养成分流失、失水、变色甚至腐烂变质,导致经济损失,不利于销售。传统的冷库中单一温度贮藏,无法精准调节控制种球的休眠程度,易导致种球在贮藏过程中萌芽或者发芽率低,影响百合的商品价值。实验通过不同低温贮藏卷丹种球,观察种球后续生根发芽以及生长发育情况,为种球低温贮藏更好保鲜提供技术支撑。结果表明,卷丹生根适宜温度为18~23℃。打破卷丹休眠的最有效温度为2℃,低温处理至少40d种球才能发芽,并且随着低温处理时间延长,长势越壮,产量递增。 The lily bulbs are still living individuals after harvest,and the improper storage environment will cause the bulbs to lose nutrients,water,change color and even rot,causing the huge economic losses,which is not conducive to sales.If the seed bulbs are simply placed in a cold storage and regulated to a certain temperature for storage,the dorman-cy degree of the seed bulbs cannot be accurately regulated and controlled,the seed bulbs are sprouted in the cold storage or the germination rate is low,affecting the commodity value of the lily.In this experiment,the bulbs of tiger lily were stored at different low temperatures to observe their subsequent rooting,germination,growth and development,which provided technical support for low temperature storage and preservation of bulbs.The result showed that suitable temper-ature for root of tiger lily was 18~23℃.The most effective temperature to break the dormancy was 2℃and the seed balls could not germinate until treated with low temperature for at least 40days.With the prolonging of low temperature treatment time,the yield increased and the growth became stronger.
