抑郁症患者冲突信息认知加工能力受损:来自事件相关电位N270的证据

Impaired cognitive processing of conflict information in depression patients: Evidence from event-related potential N270

目的:探究抑郁症患者是否存在以冲突性负波N270为指标的冲突信息认知加工能力损害。方法:于两所医院入组的抑郁症患者31名和正常对照30名,进行冲突信息触发事件相关电位N270的实验,采集和比较N270的潜伏期及波幅的差异。结果:两组N270的潜伏期在F3、F4、C3、C4点(t=2.036,2.498,3.935,2.263;P<0.05)的差异具有统计学意义,抑郁组潜伏期较对照组显著延长,两组被试在C3、C4点的波幅(t=-2.302,-2.206;P<0.05)存在显著性差异,抑郁组波幅明显低于对照组。行为学数据显示抑郁组反应时显著长于对照组(t=2.094,P<0.05)。结论:通过事件相关电位N270的差异,可以为抑郁症患者对冲突信息的认知加工能力受损提供证据。

Objective:To explore whether patients with depression have impairment of the cognitive processing a-bility of conflict information based on the conflicting negative wave N270.Methods:A total of 31depression patients and 30normal controls were enrolled in the Tangshan Mental Health Center and the Department of Psychiatry,North China University of Science and Technology.Experiments on conflicting information were conducted to trigger event-related potential N270,and the difference in latency and amplitude of N270was compared.Results:The differ-ence in the latency of N270between two groups at F3,F4,C3,C4points(t=2.036,2.498,3.935,2.263;P<0.05)was statistically significant.The latency of the depression group was significantly longer than that of the control group.There were significant differences in the amplitudes of C3and C4points(t=-2.302,-2.206;P<0.05),and the ampli-tude of the depression group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Behavioral data showed that the response time of the depression group was significantly longer than that of the control group(t=2.094,P<0.05).Conclusion:The difference of event-related potential N270it can provide evidence for the impaired cognitive pro-cessing ability of conflict information in depression patients.
