摘要 目的:评价翻转课堂在麻醉学教学中的应用效果,为麻醉学教学提供有效的方法,以提高麻醉教学水平及学生成绩。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、万方、维普、CBM、CNKI等数据库检索相关资源,检索时间截止为2020年5月,手工检索并辅以追溯文献的方法寻找相关参考文献。收集翻转课堂在麻醉学教学中的应用评价研究,由两位研究员独立地完成文献质量评价,将有效数据提取后采用RevMan 5.3软件进行评价。结果:纳入11篇文献,共计738名研究对象,其中实验组368人,对照组370人。Meta分析结果显示:研究对象理论考试成绩(MD=9.01,95%CI=5.99~12.03)、操作考试成绩(MD=9.87,95%CI=5.65~14.09)、对教学效果的满意度(OR=6.99,95%CI=4.18~11.70)等,翻转课堂教学效果评估结果均优于传统教学法,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:翻转课堂教学法在麻醉教学中的应用效果优于传统教学法,有助于提高学生的考试成绩,提高教学满意度,值得在麻醉教学实践中应用。 Objective: To perform a meta-analysis of the flipped classroom in anesthesia teaching. Methods: We performed a meta-analysis of published studies, computerized retrieval of CNKI, Wanfang data, CBMdisc and a comparative study on the effect of the flipped classroom teaching comparaed with traditional teaching in anesthesia teaching. The retrieval time was up to May 2020. We use the RevMan 5.3 for the meta-analysis. Results: 11 studies met the selection criteria and included 738 subjects, including 368 in the experimental group, and 370 in the control group. Outcomes evaluated were the theoretical test scores(MD=9.01,95%CI=5.99~12.03), and the operational test scores(MD=9.87,95%CI=5.65~14.09),and the satisfaction rate of teaching effect(OR=6.99,95%CI=4.18~11.70),and the result reveal that the flipped classroom teaching better than the traditional teaching in anesthesia teaching, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: Flipped classroom is better than the traditional teaching in anesthesia teaching, It helps to improve the students test scores and the teaching satisfaction, it’s worth popularizing in the in anesthesia teaching.
