摘要
目的:研究患方反馈对住院医师教学干预后沟通技能的影响。方法:患方以问卷形式对住院医师沟通技能打分并进行每月连续反馈。结果:实验组移情类项目在干预后评分显著提高(P<0.01);干预后实验组和对照组在沟通内容及移情类项目优秀率均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:患方持续反馈结合教学干预对住院医师移情能力有显著提高作用。
Objective: To study the effect of patient feedback on communication skills of residents after teaching intervention. Methods: The patients scored the residents’ communication skills in the form of questionnaires and gave continuous monthly feedback. Results: The scores of empathy items in the experimental group were significantly improved after the intervention(P<0.01);the communication content and the excellent rate of empathy items in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved after the intervention(P<0.01). Conclusion: Continuous feedback from patients combined with teaching intervention can significantly improve the empathy ability of residents.
