混合现实技术在外科临床教学中的应用及效果评价 被引量:2

Application and effect evaluation of mixed reality in the teaching of surgery

摘要 目的:观察混合现实技术(mixed reality,MR)在外科临床教学实施中的效果,探讨其应用的可行性及有效性。方法:选取2018年至2020年在大连医科大学附属第一医院骨科接受过住院医师规范化培训的外科学专业学位硕士研究生84名,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统教学手段,实验组采用MR技术实施临床教学,分别在培训结束时对两组学员进行考核及问卷调查。结果:书面理论测试成绩两组无显著性差异(P=0.076);临床实践能力测试成绩实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.001);三维立体感、课堂气氛、课堂专注性、学习主动性、知识掌握能力实验组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:较之传统的外科教学模式,MR技术可以有效弥补其弊端、提升教学质量、提高学生满意度,极大地提高了实践教学效率,值得进一步探索和推广。 Objectives: To explore the application effect of mixed reality(MR) technology in the teaching of surgery, and evaluate the feasibility and efficiency. Methods: A total of 84 professional postgraduates majored in surgery who had received the standardized training of residents in surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University during 2018-2020 were selected and were equally allocated into the control group and the experimental group via random number table method. Students in the control group were trained with conventional surgical teaching mode and in the experimental group were trained with MR technology. Students in both groups received assessment and questionnaires at the end of training. Results: There was no significant difference in the scores of written theoretical examination between the two groups(P=0.076). Scores of clinical practice ability test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001). Three dimensional sense, classroom atmosphere, classroom concentration, learning initiative, knowledge mastery ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001). Conclusions: The application of MR technology in clinical surgical education can effectively remedy the drawbacks of conventional teaching mode, enriching teaching methods, improving teaching quality, making surgical teaching more efficient, accurate and intuitive. Its application in surgical teaching and training deserves further exploration and promotion.
