摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法结合Mini-CEX评估在全科医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:将30名参加全科规范化培训的医学生随机分为两组,实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,通过理论考试和Mini-CEX量表考核方式对教学效果进行评估。结果:实验组理论考试成绩明显高于对照组。实验组Mini-CEX量表考核各项指标评价均明显优于对照组。结论:PBL教学法结合Mini-CEX取得良好的教学效果,值得全科医师规范化培训临床教学应用。
Objective:To evaluate the teaching effect of PBL teaching method combined with Mini-CEX assessment in the standardized training of General Practitioners.Methods:Thirty general practitioners in the standardized training were randomly divided into two groups.PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group.The teaching effect was evaluated by examinations and Mini-CEX assessment.Results:The performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The indicators of the Mini-CEX assessment who participated in the experimental group had a better evaluation than that of the control group.Conclusion:PBL teaching method combined with Mini-CEX assessment has achieved good teaching effect and can be worth popularizing in the standardized general practitioners training.
