摘要
,目的:探讨PDCA策略在生理学实验教学中的应用,对学生知识及能力的影响。方法:选取2018级临床医学专业8个班的学生为研究对象,其中4个班的学生作为对照组,采用传统教学方式;4个班的学生作为实验组,将PDCA策略用于教学中。结果:实验组学生理论知识成绩高于对照组,操作技能成绩与对照组无明显差异。实验组学生科学探索能力及自主学习能力高于对照组。结论:PDCA策略在提升学生能力的同时,有利于学业知识的掌握。
Objective:To explore the application of PDCA strategy in physiological experiment teaching and its influence on students'knowledge and ability.Methods:Students in 8 classes of clinical medicine in grade 2018 were divided into two parts.Students in 4 classes were taught by traditional teaching method as the control group.Students in 4 classes were were taught by PDCA method as the experimental group.Results:The theoretical knowledge scores of experimental group were higher than those of the control group.There was no significant difference in the operational skill scores of the two groups.Students in experimental group had higher scientific inquiry ability and self-regulated learning ability than those in control group.Conclusion:PDCA method can not only improve students'ability,but alsohelp students tomasteracademicknowledge.
