摘要
Anti-epidemic measures are a key to the success of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games(Beijing 2022).The second edition of Playbook that outlines COVID-19 counter measures for Beijing 2022 published on December 13,2021 not only ensures that athletes and all Olympic and Paralympic participants can safely and conveniently engage in training,competition and work during the Games,but also protects the health and safety of the Chinese people,in a bid to deliver a safe Olympic and Paralympic Games.
疫情防控是北京冬奥会成功举办的关键,2021年12月13日发布的第二版《北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会防疫手册》(以下简称“《防疫手册》”),既保证运动员和所有涉奥人员安全、便利地参加训练、比赛和工作,也能保护中国民众的健康安全,力争确保实现安全办赛。据悉,《防疫手册》结合了中国的防疫政策,也结合了疫情下举办世界大型体育赛事的规律,从最初确定原则方针,到2021年9月30日发布关键性政策,到10月25日发布第一版《防疫手册》搭建四梁八柱,再到第二版《防疫手册》将内容更加细化,整个过程都是在防疫专家指导下,认真研究各方面政策,与国际奥委会等有关各方密切商,最后形成的集体智慧。
