Safety Review of the Bathing Port Southern Control Gate Based on the Threedimensional Finite Element Method

摘要 利用ABAQUS软件建立澡港河南枢纽节制闸三维有限元数值模拟模型,以地勘成果作为基础数据,分析不同工况下的水闸位移和应力情况。计算结果表明:最大沉降差为17.0mm,闸室地基沉降的最大值与最小值的比值约为1.40~1.51。闸室地基沉降量最大值为58.1mm,根据规范,地基最大沉降量不宜超过150mm,最大沉降差不超过50mm,故地基沉降基本满足要求。各结构在各工况下水闸最大主拉应力最大值为2.59MPa。最大主拉应力均超过混凝土的允许拉应力,混凝土的抗拉强度不满足要求。 The three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation model of the South sluice of zaogang is established by using ABAQUS software.Taking the geological exploration results as the basic data,the displacement and stress of the sluice under different working conditions are analyzed.The calculation results show that the maximum settlement difference is 17.0 mm,and the ratio of the maximum value to the minimum value of the foundation settlement of the lock chamber is about 1.40~1.51.The maximum foundation settlement of the lock chamber is 58.1 mm.According to the specification,the maximum foundation settlement should not exceed 150 mm,and the maximum settlement difference should not exceed 50 mm.Therefore,the foundation settlement basically meets the requirements.The maximum principal tensile stress of each structure under each working condition is 2.59 MPa.The maximum principal tensile stress exceeds the allowable tensile stress of concrete,and the tensile strength of concrete does not meet the requirements.
