On Aug.25,during a ceremony to launch the pilot project of Wuhan's personal green carbon credit card,Hankou Bank has become the first bank in the city to issue personal carbon accounts.The bank has cooperated with the Wuhan Tong company to jointly launch such accounts so that all citizens in Wuhan can now voluntarily apply for themselves.
