摘要
侦探小说诞生于西方现代司法背景之下,和读者对于社会正义的想象有着天然联系。其中,莫里斯·勒伯朗的亚森·罗苹系列小说通过塑造一个“亦盗亦侠”的主要人物为侦探小说的“正义表达”提供了某种新的诠释类型与可能。而随着该系列小说被包天笑、周瘦鹃等人译介进入中国,并经过张碧梧、吴克洲、何朴斋、柳村任、孙了红等作家的模仿与本土化创作,“侠盗”身上原本具有的“司法正义/法外正义”也逐渐和中国传统的“侠义”观念以及时代所赋予的“民族大义”精神相互融合,产生出一批颇具在地特色的中国“侠盗”人物形象序列,而在这些不同“侠盗”形象的背后,则是现代中国正义观念不断演进的轨迹。
Detective novels were born in the western modern judicial background, and have a natural connection with readers’ imagination of social justice. Among them, Maurice Leblanc’s Arsène Lupin series novels provide a new interpretation and possibility for the “just expression” of detective novels by shaping a main character of chivalrous bandit. With the series of novels translated and introduced into China by Bao Tianxiao, Zhou Shoujuan and others, and imitated and localized by writers such as Zhang Biwu, Wu Kezhou, He Puzhai, Liu Cunren and Sun Liaohong, the original judicial justice/extrajudicial justice of chivalrous bandits has gradually integrated with the traditional Chinese concept of Chivalry and the spirit of national righteousness endowed by the times. A series of Chinese chivalrous bandits with local characteristics have been produced, and behind these different chivalrous bandit images is the track of the continuous evolution of the concept of justice in modern China.
