摘要
为了实现对车速表检验台转速的实时在线计量检定,设计了一种转速在线实时检测系统,实现了轮盘转速精准在线监测。该装置采用STC89C52单片机作为主控制器,利用霍尔测速传感器测量转速产生系列脉冲信号,经中央处理器换算,由无线数传芯片进行通信传输,把最后的转速信息显示到LCD终端上。该系统采用模块化软件编程设计,利用STC89C52单片机的外部中断控制器和内部定时器,将霍尔测速元器件的脉冲计数实时转换成电机转速信息。该车速表检验台转速的实时计量设计可替代计量检定领域广泛使用的手持转速检测办法。
In order to achieve the real-time online measurement of the speedometer,an online real-time detection system is designed,which realizes the accurate online monitoring of the wheel speed. The device uses STC89C52 microcontroller as the main controller. The Hall speed sensor measure the speed and generate a series of pulse signals,then the signals are converted by the central processing unit and transmitted by the wireless data-transmission chip.The final speed information is displayed on the LCD terminal. This system uses modular software programming design,the external interrupt controller and internal timer of the STC89C52 microcontroller which convert the pulse count of the Hall speed measuring device into the motor speed information in real time. The real-time measurement design of the speed of the speedometer tester can replace the hand-held speed measurement method widely used in the field of measurement and verification.
