摘要 设计一种基于色标传感器的膜式燃气表自动检定系统,可提高检定精度和检定效率。通过色标传感器区分被检表末位字轮的刻度线和底盘,从而识别并记录转过的刻度线数量来自动采集流过燃气表的体积量示值。通过实验比较,该系统相较于传统检定方法检测重复性和稳定性都大大提升,从而减少了检定误差,检定质量大大提升,同时实现了自动化检定,提高了检定效率。 An automatic verification system of diaphragm gas meters based on color mark sensor is designed,which can improve the verification accuracy and efficiency. The scale line and chassis of the last word wheel of the tested meter are distinguished by the color mark sensor,so as to identify and record the number of rotated scale lines to automatically collect the volume indication value flowing through the gas meter. Compared with the traditional verification methods,the system has greatly improved the repeatability and stability of the detection,thus reducing the error of the verification,greatly improving the verification quality,and at the same time realizing automatic verification and improving the efficiency of the verification.
