摘要
构建能增加小学生体育锻炼时间、提高小学生体质健康水平的校外体育锻炼模式具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。通过三轮行动研究构建以家校互动为核心、以评价反馈为引导、以提高小学生体质健康为目标的小学生校外体育锻炼模式,该模式包括学生、教师、家长和家校互动平台四部分。该模式的运行效果及反馈结果显示,小学生体育学习兴趣显著提升,体育测试成绩显著提高,家长对该模式较为认可。具有可操作性、科学性、系统性的家校互动校外体育锻炼模式,可以为小学生开展校外体育锻炼提供理论及案例支撑。
Construction theory has both theoretical and practical values in enhancing physical exercise time and building an after-school physical exercise model to enhance primary school students’physical health.This paper built a model of after-school physical exercise for primary school students through three rounds of action research,with home-school interaction as the core,evaluation feedback as the guide,and improvement of primary school students’physical health as the goal.The model includes four parts:students,teachers,parents and home-school interaction platform.Based on its operation effect and feedback,the results show that significant increase has been seen in primary school students’interest in sports learning and their sports test scores.This model has been commonly acclaimed by parents,for the operable,scientific and systematic home-school interactive extracurricular physical exercise model can provide support from theoretical study and case study for primary school students to carry out extracurricular physical exercises.
