韧性社区研究进展及趋势——基于CiteSpace知识图谱分析

Research Progress and Trends of Resilience Communities:Based on the Analysis on CiteSpace Knowledge Graph

面对外界诸多不确定性因素,城市韧性问题逐渐成为国内外城市治理与发展的重要研究方向。城市社区是城市的重要组成部分,韧性社区的研究对于提升城市整体韧性能力具有重要的战略意义。本研究分析国内外韧性社区的研究进展及趋势,解读韧性社区的概念,强调其应对外界风险时的抵御、适应与恢复的能力;在研究方法上,国外以定量为主,国内研究尚处于起步阶段,并且多以国外理论模型结合实情进行改良应用;在实践方面,国外重视公众参与的重要作用,并且重视韧性社区“软性”与“硬性”的结合。面向未来,统筹软硬结合、促进新理念新技术应用、推进跨学科合作、建立法律法规以及评价指标体系将会是发展重点。

In the face of many uncertain factors outside,the issue of urban resilience has gradually become an important research direction for urban governance and development at home and abroad.Urban communities are an important part of the city,and the research on resilient communities has important strategic significance for improving the overall resilience of the city.The analysis of this research reveals the research progress and trends of resilient communities at home and abroad.It is interpreted that the concept of resilient communities emphasizes the ability of their communities to resist,adapt and recover in response to external risks.In terms of research methods,most of the research methods abroad are mainly quantitative,while domestic research is still in its infancy,and most of them are improved and applied based on foreign theoretical models and actual conditions.In practice,foreign countries attach importance to the important role of public participation and the combination of“softness”and“hardness”of resilient communities.Facing the future,coordinating the integration of software and hardware,promoting the application of new ideas and technologies,advancing interdisciplinary cooperation,establishing laws and regulations,and establishing an evaluation index system will be the focus of development.
