集合城市理念下粤港澳大湾区高铁枢纽集群布局特征

摘要 高铁1.0时期是“四纵四横”建设时期,以连接城市群的干线建设为主;随着高铁2.0时期到来,过渡到“八纵八横”建设时期,高铁建设逐渐向都市圈网络完善纵深推进。本文立足粤港澳大湾区,分析粤港澳大湾区城镇发展与交通发展历程,研究“集合城市”“集群枢纽”产生的历史背景。剖析粤港澳大湾区与京津冀、长三角等城市群在空间尺度、产业特征、出行特征上的差异性,总结未来粤港澳大湾区落实“轨道上的大湾区”建设模式上的独特性,厘清粤港澳大湾区如何在集合单元实现高铁枢纽群共享、大区域范围内中心体系如何打破行政边界限制实现“直连直通”,总结面向世界级城市群枢纽与城镇空间互动发展的建设经验。 During the"four vertical and four horizontal"construction period of high-speed rail 1.0 period,the construction of trunk lines connecting urban agglomerations was given priority to;with the arrival of high-speed rail 2.0 period,"eight vertical and eight horizontal"construction period,the construction of high-speed rail gradually improved the metropolitan area network and promoted in depth,This paper studies the historical background and connotation of"cluster city"and"cluster hub",analyzes the differences in spatial scale,industrial characteristics and travel characteristics between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area,Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and other urban agglomerations,This paper summarizes the uniqueness of the construction mode of"big bay area on track"in the future construction of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area,clarifies how to realize the sharing of high-speed rail hub group in the assembly unit,how to break the administrative boundary restriction to realize"direct connection and direct connection",sum up the experience of urban hub construction and urban agglomeration development oriented to the world.
