中小学建筑规划设计研究——以福州市怡山小学为例

Research on the Architectural Planning and Design of Primary and Secondary Schools:A Case of Fuzhou Yishan Primary School

中小学建筑作为教育资源的空间载体,其建设目的是给学生提供一个良好的学习与生活环境。一个好的中小学校园建筑,不仅能够满足中小学生素质培养与现代化教育的需求,还能给他们带来精神上的欢乐。本文以福州市怡山小学为例,从设计理念、功能布局、交通组织、绿地规划等方面分析校园规划的人性化特点,从平面布置、空间细节、立面形式等方面探究建筑设计的特色,并以从设计理念到实施过程为切入点,探索总结中小学校园总体规划及建筑设计的要点,希望给今后的中小学校园规划和建筑设计提供参考借鉴。

As a spatial carrier of educational resources,primary and secondary school buildings aim to provide the students with a good learning and living environment.A good primary and secondary school campus architecture cannot only meet the needs of the quality training and modern education of primary and secondary school students,but also bring them spiritual joy.This paper takes Fuzhou Yishan primary school as an example,analyzes the humanistic characteristics of campus planning form the design concept,functional layout,transportation organization,green space planning,etc.,and then explores the characteristics of the architectural design from plane layout,spatial details,façade form,and so on.From the design concept to the implementation process,it explores and summarizes the main points of the overall planning and architectural design of primary and secondary schools,hoping to provide a reference for the future planning and architectural design of primary and secondary schools.
