信息化时代我国企业文化体系构建研究——以压力管理为视角 被引量:1

摘要 通过概括我国传统企业文化的内涵与特征、阐述信息化时代我国企业管理面临的外部环境,以及探讨信息化时代构建我国企业文化体系应注意的内部规范,在上述基础上运用文献分析法和问卷法,从员工压力管理的角度构建了一套合理的、全面的我国企业文化体系,以期为员工压力管理提供一种新的思路和方法。企业文化首先是一种精神、观念、情感;企业制度是一种秩序、规则、规范。其次,文化作为一种非正式的规范,其对经济行动主体而言,可以内化于行动者的思想当中,能够约束经济活动主体的行为原则,使其明确自己的责、权、利和经济交换关系。同时可以减少组织变革的成本,推动组织实现有序变革。最后,作为非正式制度的文化具有历史的延续性和稳定性,它是企业内部管理的润滑剂和发挥企业对外交往的黏合剂作用。 This paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of Chinese traditional enterprise culture;expounds the external environment of enterprise management in the information age;discusses the internal norms that should be paid attention to in the construction of China’s enterprise culture system in the information age.On the basis of the above,using the method of literature analysis and questionnaire,this paper constructs a set of reasonable and comprehensive corporate culture system from the perspective of employee stress management,in order to provide a new idea and method for employee stress management.This paper holds that corporate culture is first of all a kind of spirit,concept and emotion;Enterprise system is a kind of order,rule and norm.Secondly,as an informal norm,culture can be internalized in the thoughts of actors,restrain the behavior principles of economic actors,and make them clear their responsibilities,rights,interests and economic exchange relations.At the same time,it can reduce the cost of organizational change and promote the organization to achieve orderly change.Finally,as an informal system,culture has historical continuity and stability.It is the lubricant of internal management and the adhesive of external communication.
