基于POI数据的上海市体育设施运营潜力评估与分析

The Assessment and Analysis of the Operation Potential of Sports Facilities in Shanghai Based on POI Data

体育设施的运营能力对设施的全生命周期建设和服务能力都有着重要的影响。本文以上海的体育设施POI数据为研究对象,采取空间处理方法定量分析各体育设施的服务单元,并从评估体育设施运营潜力,推动城市精细化发展的角度出发,构建评价指标和量化统计体系,提出基于区域环境和居民群体特征要素的单因子运营潜力评价模型和多因素耦合评价模式。在设施效率修正、城市提质要求的导向下,理性规划、精细评估、具体改造的研究模式在中国城市体育设施建设中有着深远的意义。

The operational capacity of sports facilities has a significant impact on the full lifecycle construction and service capacity of facilities.The service units of sports facilities were quantitatively analyzed using a spatial processing method with the POI data of the sports facilities in Shanghai as the object of study.A system of evaluation indexes and quantitative statistics was constructed and a single-factor operational potential evaluation model and a multi-factor coupled evaluation model based on regional environmental and population characteristics were proposed from the perspective of evaluating the operation potential of the sports facilities and promoting refined urban development.The research model of rational planning,meticulous evaluation,and specific renovation is guided by the requirements of facility efficiency revision and urban quality improvement in Chinese cities,which have far-reaching implications for the construction of urban sports facilities in China.
