现有设施基础上污水规划编制探讨——以合肥市污水规划为例

Discussion on Sewage Planning and Preparation Based on the Existing Facilities:A Case of Hefei Sewage Planning

在城市已建成污水设施基础上进行污水规划编制,要充分调查已建成污水设施的运行状况,合理规划,既要使整个污水系统高效、安全运行,又要为城市发展留有余地,规划编制考虑的因素较多。以合肥市2013版污水规划编制为例,分析规划编制的要点,包括对现有污水设施运行状况的分析、规划范围、污水量指标及污水量的确定、污水系统安全运行措施等内容,以期为其他同类规划提供参考。

To carry out the sewage planning and preparation based on the existing sewage facilities in the city,it is necessary to fully investigate the operation status of the sewage facilities that have been built.We need to make reasonable plans to make the entire sewage system operate efficiently and safely.There are also many other factors to be considered in the planning,including to leave room for future city development.This paper takes Hefei 2013version of sewage planning as an example,and analyzes the main points of planning and preparation.It includes the analysis on the operation status of the existing sewage facilities,the planning scope,the determination of the sewage volume index and the sewage volume standard,and the safe operation measures of the sewage system,and so on.It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for other similar plans.
