乡村振兴背景下集聚提升类村庄规划思考——以叶城县兰干村为例

Thoughts on the Planning of Agglomeration and Promotion Villages under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case of Langan Village in Yecheng County

村庄的发展需要“宜农则农”“宜牧则牧”“宜林则林”“宜游则游”,村庄发展应顺应规律与趋势,分区、分类有序推进乡村振兴战略。集聚提升类发展模式的村庄占我国乡村的大多数,是推进我国农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足、加快农业农村现代化等工作的重要节点,本次研究以叶城县兰干村为例,结合村庄现状发展格局,确定发展定位,探索以第一产业为主导产业的集聚提升类村庄规划思路和策略,以促进土地的集约利用,助力村庄可持续发展。

The development of villages requires“developing agriculture if it is suitable for agriculture”,“developing grazing if it is suitable for animal husbandry”,“developing forest if it is suitable for forest”and“developing tourism if it is suitable for tourism”,complies with the law and trend of village development,and promotes the rural revitalization strategy in an orderly manner by zoning and classification.The villages with agglomeration and promotion development model account for the majority of villages in China,which is an important node to promote China’s high-quality and efficient agriculture,rural livability and industry,farmers’prosperity and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.This paper takes Langan village in Yecheng County as an example and determines the development orientation in combination with the current development pattern of the village,explores the planning ideas and strategies of agglomeration and promotion of villages with the primary industry as the leading industry,so as to promote the intensive use of land and help the sustainable development of the villages.
