The Comprehensive Improvement of Architectural Style in Tingxi Town,Xiamen

城市风貌的塑造是增强城市空间竞争力的最佳体现。从长远发展来看,建筑风貌整治应充分表现地域文化底蕴,并以区域经济发展为导向,综合表达建筑与城镇的整体环境品质,提高居民生活幸福感。本文立足于汀溪镇的生态特色及浓厚的人文特色,全面剖析镇区现状建筑存在的问题,深入挖掘建筑元素符号,吸收闽南古厝、建筑色彩及闽南骑楼可供表达的精髓,从多个角度提出适宜汀溪镇镇区建筑风貌综合整治的策略及方向。

The shaping of urban style is the best embodiment of enhancing urban space competitiveness.For the long-term development,the renovation of architectural style fully expresses the regional cultural deposits.At the same time,it takes regional economic development as guidance,comprehensively expresses the overall environmental quality of the building and the town,and improves the people’s happiness in life.Based on the ecological characteristics and profound cultural characteristics of Tingxi town,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems in the existing buildings of the the town,deeply excavates the symbols of the architectural elements,absorbs the essence of southern Fujian ancient house,architectural color and southern Fujian arcade for expression,and then puts forward the strategy and direction for the comprehensive improvement of architectural features in Tingxi town from different aspects.
