办公建筑改扩建中的院落再造——以杭州市拱墅城投集团办公楼改造工程为例

The Courtyard Reconstruction in the Reconstruction and Expansion of Office Buildings:A Case of the Reconstruction Project of the Office Building of Hangzhou Gongshu District City Construction Investment Group Limited

在办公建筑的改扩建中,除了对建筑本身的修整,室外空间的综合改造也是提升整体办公品质的重要措施。本研究以杭州市拱墅城投集团办公楼改造项目为例,探讨办公建筑改扩建中室外空间改造的策略,特别研究了院落再造的手段与方法。通过对项目中的院墙、院廊、院落空间三个方面进行解析,提出了处理旧有办公建筑与周围环境、旧有办公建筑与室外空间关系的理念与途径,希望对办公建筑的改造有所启发。

In the reconstruction and expansion of office buildings,in addition to the repair of the building,the comprehensive transformation of outdoor space is also an important measure to improve the overall quality of the office.Taking the reconstruction project of office building of Hangzhou Gongshu District City Construction Investment Group Limited as an example,this paper discusses the strategy for the reconstruction of outdoor space in the reconstruction and expansion of office buildings,especially the means and methods for the reconstruction of the courtyard.By analyzing the courtyard wall,the corridors and the courtyard space in the project,this paper puts forward the ideas and ways to deal with the relationship between the old office building and the surrounding environment,and the relationship between the old office building and the outdoor space,hoping to inspire the transformation of the office buildings.
