历史遗产保护是新时期贯彻文化复兴国家战略的重要抓手,名城保护规划作为引领名城高质量发展的顶层设计,在城固历史文化名城的保护实践中,从战略、方法、实施三个维度出发来应对新时期下的名城发展要求与挑战。以整体性、关联性的遗产保护视角,研判价值特色,构建保护体系;保用结合,构建城区保护与可持续发展策略,以及面向更新与实施的管控体系,指导城固新时期名城建设。

Historical heritage protection is an important starting point of the national strategy of cultural revival in the new era.As a top-level design leading the high-quality development of famous cities,the protection planning of famous cities is proposed to deal with the requirements and challenges of the development of famous cities in the new era from the perspectives of strategy,method and implementation in the protection practice of Chenggu historical city.From the perspective of holistic and related heritage protection,the paper studies and judges the value characteristics and builds a protection system.Then the protection and utilization are combined to build urban protection and sustainable development strategies,as well as a management and control system oriented to renewal and implementation,so as to guide the construction of Chenggu historical city in the new era.
