适老化的全龄复合型社区的规划设计策略——以成都大邑云上颐养社区为例

Research on the Planning Design of the Whole Age Compound Community for the Elderly:A Case of Dayi Yunshang Community in Chengdu

我国的老龄化进程处于加速深化的阶段,养老问题已成为社会和国家的关注焦点。适老化的全龄复合型社区是新型养老社区的主要发展模式。本文基于老年人养老需求分析,结合成都大邑云上颐养社区项目案例,从项目区位、空间布局、适老化设计、配套设施四个维度提出适老化的全龄复合型社区的规划设计策略,以期为未来养老社区研究与实践提供一些参考。

With the deepening of the degree of population aging in China,the pension issue has become the focus of the society and the country.The whole age compound community for elderly is a major development model of the new pension community.Based on the analysis on the pension needs of the elderly,combined with the case of Dayi Yunshang community,this paper explores the planning design of the whole age compound community from four dimensions,such as project location,spatial layout,aging design and supporting facilities,in order to provide some reference for the research and practice of elderly community in the future.
