摘要
航空模锻件在研制阶段,由于成型、性能、零件状态等多项因素的影响,其结构会进行不断地调整优化,以至于影响后续数控加工的装夹、切削。针对研制阶段投入专用工装存在费用高、周期长、存放难的问题,介绍一种在模锻件数控加工中使用的新型工装,其具有通用性、广泛性,且不受产品结构制约的特点,以适应模锻件研制阶段小批量、多品种、快节奏的制造要求。
In the development stage of die forgings for aviation,due to a number of factors such as forming,performance and state of the parts,etc.,their structure will be constantly adjusted and optimized,so as to affect the clamping and cutting processes during the subsequent CNC machining.Aiming at the problems of"high cost,long period and difficult for storage"of special tooling invested in the development stage,this paper introduces a kind of new tooling which can be used for CNC machining of die forgings,it has strong commonality and universality,and will be free from the constraints of the product structure,thus can adapt to the manufacturing requirements of"small batches,multispecies and quick rhythm"in the development stage of die forgings.
