二十辊轧机轧制油系统为独立循环过滤,轧制油通过滤芯完成油液净化后收集,通过高压泵打入轧机的生产润滑和冷却点完成轧制工作。通过生产过程问题的反馈,不断对系统各环节进行维护和优化,使轧制油控制系统更加完善,满足生产工艺需要。

Rolling oil system of 20-roll mill was independent circulation filter.Rolling oil was collected after filter core purified oil and realized rolling by high pressure pump feeding into production lubrication and cooling points of the mill.By problems feedback in the production process,system links have been carried out maintenance and optimization continuously to improve rolling oil control system and accomplish production process demands.
