17个油葵产量及主要农艺性状的分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探明油葵小区产量和农艺性状,以及各农艺性状之间的关系,以17个油葵品种为材料,调查了10个农艺性状和小区产量,并进行变异分析、相关分析、主成分分析、聚类分析。变异分析结果表明,油葵各品种间存在丰富的变异,各性状变异系数在1.85%~26.39%,其中株高的变异系数较大,为26.39%,粒长的变异系数最小,为1.85%。相关分析结果表明,10个农艺性状与小区产量的相关性由大到小分别为结实率、百粒重、盘径、单株粒数、茎粗、生育期、粒长、粒宽、株高、叶片数量。主成分分析结果表明,主成分1贡献率为47.20%,主成分特征向量中,小区产量的贡献率最大,称为产量因子,主成分2贡献率为17.64%,叶片数量贡献率最大,称为叶片数量因子。主成分3贡献率为13.05%,株高的贡献率最大,称为株高因子。聚类分析结果表明,在遗传距离7处,将17个油葵品种聚为3大类群,第Ⅰ大群类包括12份材料,第Ⅱ大类群包括4份材料,第Ⅲ大类群包括1份材料。 In order to explore the yield and agronomic traits of oil sunflower plot,as well as the relationship among agronomic traits,we investigated 10 agronomic traits and yield of oil sunflower plot with 17 oil sunflower hybrids as materials.Variation analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.The results of variation analysis showed that there was abundant variation among varieties of oil sunflower,and the coefficient of variation of each character ranged from 1.85% to 26.39%,among which the coefficient of variation of plant height was 26.39%,and the coefficient of variation of grain length was 1.85%.The results of correlation analysis showed that the correlation between the 10 agronomic traits and yield in the plot was as follows:seed setting rate>100 grain weight>disk diameter>number of grains per plant>stem diameter>growth period>grain length>grain width>plant height>number of leaves.Principal component analysis results showed that the contribution rate of principal component 1 was 47.20%.Among the principal component characteristic vectors,the yield of plot had the largest contribution rate,which was called yield factor;the contribution rate of principal component 2 was 17.64%,and the contribution rate of leaf number was the largest,which could be called leaf number factor.The contribution rate of principal component 3 was 13.05%,and the contribution rate of plant height was the largest,which could be called plant height factor.Cluster analysis results showed that at the similarity coefficient of 7,17 oil sunflower materials were grouped into 3 groups,group Ⅰ included 12 materials,group Ⅱ included 4 materials,and group Ⅲ included 1 material.
