多元化培养对林学专业本科人才质量提升的成效评价

Evaluation of Diversified Pattern of Talent Training on the Quality Improvement of Undergraduate in Forestry

本科人才质量仍是提升高校发展的基石。针对目前林学专业本科学生存在的就业心态偏激、职业规划欠缺、专业技能不足等问题,安徽农业大学历经3年采用了产学研合作教学、PI团队协同指导、研究生辅助实践教学、国际联合培养等多元化的培养模式,积极探索林学专业卓越人才教学改革,大力提升学生的先进专业知识学习、专业技能运用等方面的能力。基于对培养对象的跟踪调查及用人单位访谈反馈的问卷,利用层次分析法(AHP)对林学专业本科毕业生人才质量进行评价。结果表明:多元化培养模式培养的本科毕业生其专业技能水平、团队协作能力、学习积极性等方面广受用人单位好评;毕业生在进行岗位选择过程中,对岗位的主观感受及其薪资待遇关注度明显较高;用人单位则更加重视就业者的个人综合素质水平。因此,多元化培养模式是一条提升林学专业应用型有效途径,对安徽省农林专业人才培养有一定创新示范作用,也为林学专业本科生人才就业问题提供了新的解决方案,对林学专业创新发展具有重要意义。

The quality of undergraduate talents is still the cornerstone that enhances the development of colleges and universities.In response to the current employment mentality,the lack of professional planning,and professional skills,Anhui Agricultural University has adopted a kind of pattern with training multiplex personnel by industrial and research in teaching,PI team collaborative guidance,graduate auxiliary practice teaching,international joint training.The cultivation mode,actively explore the reform of forestry professional and talent teaching,and vigorously enhance the ability of students’advanced professional knowledge learning,professional skills.This paper is based on the questionnaire of the trace survey of the cultivation and the feedback of the employer’s interview,and the quality of the undergraduate graduates of forestry majors is evaluated by the hierarchical analysis(AHP).The results showed that the undergraduate graduates in the process of multi-cultivation,the teamwork ability,enthusiasm of learning,and the enthusiasm of graduates were approved by employer.The graduates focused more on the position and their salary.The employer were more emphasized more attention to the personal comprehensive quality level of the employee.Therefore,the diversified training mode is an effective way to improve the application of forestry.It has a certain innovative demonstration role in the cultivation of Agricultural and Forestry Professional Talents in Anhui Province.It also provides new solutions for the work of undergraduate talents in forestry.It is of great significance to the innovation and development of forestry specialty.
