摘要
遵循PDCA质量管理理论和SMAR原则,并结合安徽省高校农学类专业的实际,以安徽科技学院农学类专业为例,采用现场调研、电话访谈、问卷调查和统计分析等方法进行实证研究。围绕农学类人才培养目标,构建了多层次、多维度、立体化的新农科时代农学类专业质量监控体系标准,对农学类专业质量(过程质量、阶段质量和最终质量)监控标准进行闭环管控与持续改进,已在组织管理、目标监控、过程监控、质量监控标准、社会声誉等方面取得了较好成效,达到了持续改进与不断提升农学类专业质量的目的,3年试点运行总体良好。这些标准促进了农学类专业内涵的发展,培育了与安徽省各高校相适应的新农科时代背景下农学类专业的优势特色,提高了专业建设水平和人才培养质量,保障了农学类专业的可持续发展。
Following the theory of PDCA quality management and SMAR principle,combining the reality of agronomy majors in colleges and universities in Anhui Province,taking agronomy majors of Anhui Science and Technology University as an example,field investigation,telephone interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used to make an empirical study.According to the training goal of agronomy talents,the multi-level,multi-dimensional,three-dimensional quality monitoring system standards of agronomy majors in the era of new agriculture science were constructed.Close-loop management and continuous improvement of quality monitoring standards of agronomy majors(process quality,stage quality and final quality)were made,good results had been achieved in organization and management,target monitoring,process monitoring,quality monitoring standards,social reputation and so on,so as to achieve the goal of continuous improvement and continuous improvement of agricultural professional quality.The 3-year pilot operation was generally good.These standards promoted the connotation development of agronomy majors,cultivated the superiority characteristics of agronomy majors under the background of new agricultural science for universities and colleges in Anhui Province,raised the specialty construction level and the talent training quality,and guaranteed the sustainable development of agronomy majors.
