煤矿井下5G+UWB无人驾驶及辅助运输系统研究与应用

摘要 针对煤矿井下网络、无线传输衰减大等特点,采用5G技术弥补井下网络延迟高、数据传输慢的问题,通过5G+UWB技术,结合辅助运输无轨胶轮车无人驾驶技术在煤矿井下的应用,并针对精确定位矿井移动目标特点研发矿用5G+UWB精确定位系统和车辆无人驾驶系统;对于煤矿井下柴油车对环境污染的问题,采用新能源电动车取代柴油车,并针对新能源汽车电量不足的问题开展智能光伏充电系统和井下充/换电硐室的研究,通过变步长扰动观察法实现MPPT模块追踪最大功率点,及时利用太阳能为新能源汽车提供动力,增加新能源汽车的续驶里程,最大程度地实现节能减排,倡导绿色出行。 Aiming at the characteristics of large attenuation of network and wireless transmission underground coal mines,the current authors adopted 5G technology to remedy the problem of network high delay and slow data transmission underground coal mines,through 5G+UWB technology,developed mine 5G+UWB precise positioning system and vehicle unmanned driving system aiming at the characteristics of accurately locate mine moving targets,adopted new energy electric vehicles to replace diesel vehicles,aiming at the problem of environmental pollution caused by diesel vehicles in underground coal mines,and conducted research of intelligent photovoltaic charging system underground charging/changing chamber to solve the problem of insufficient power of new energy vehicles,through frequency conversion long disturbance observation method to achieve MPPT module tracking maximum power point,timely using solar energy to provide electric power and increase the driving mileage of new energy vehicles which to the greatest extent possible for energy saving and emission reduction and advocate green travel.
