摘要
随着工业大数据、5G、云计算等先进技术在煤矿生产过程中的应用,煤矿掘进工作面的智能化水平显著提高,实现了主要采掘装备的自动化动作、远程集中控制、采煤工艺的科学制定等,使采煤质量、效率以及安全均有了质的飞跃。以上湾煤矿连掘队12404工作面为案例,详细阐述了智能化掘进工作面建设过程中涉及到的关键技术及其在实践中的应用情况,对于促进掘进工作面智能化发展具有一定的实践意义。
With the application of industrial big data,5G,cloud computing and other advanced technologies in the coal mine production process,the intelligent level of coal mine tunneling working face has been significantly improved,and realized the automatic action,remote centralized control,scientific formulation on coal mining technology of main mining equipment which having a qualitative leap on quality,efficiency and safety of coal mining.The current authors took working face of team 12404 in Shangwan Coal Mine as an example,deeply expounded key technologies involved in the construction of intelligent tunneling working face and the application in practice,which has certain practical significance for promoting the intelligent development of tunneling working face.
