摘要
基于比赛时对运动员体能与技术的特殊需求,钢架雪车项目的训练主要由陆上体能训练和冰上推撬、滑行等部分组成。在不同训练阶段,运动员的训练环境与训练负荷的特征有较大差异,训练后疲劳发生的特征也不尽相同,因此分析不同训练阶段(不同训练环境、不同训练内容)运动员疲劳发生特征并根据疲劳特征采取针对性的恢复措施有其重要意义。研究结果:不同训练阶段钢架雪车项目运动员疲劳发生特征不同,其中夏训阶段训练强度和训练量较大,运动员疲劳程度相对较深。针对运训练中运动员产生疲劳的情况,可将高压氧干预作为促进消除运动性疲劳的手段。建议:未来从高压氧干预效果的特异性评价指标、高压氧消除运动性疲劳的“剂量-效应”关系、不同训练阶段高压氧干预效果比较、长期高压氧干预对机体的影响等方面加强研究,以进一步提高高压氧的应用效果。
Based on the physical and technical requirements of athletes during the competition, the training of skeleton athletes is mainly composed of land physical training and ice pushing and sliding. But in different stages of training, the training environment and the characteristics of the training load have large difference, and they also have different characteristics of fatigue before and after the training. Therefore, to clarify athlete fatigue characteristic at different training phases(different training environment and training content)and adopt the recovery of targeted measures have huge significance. The results show that the fatigue characteristics of athletes in different training stages are different. The intensity and amount of training in summer training stage are larger, and the fatigue degree of athletes is relatively deep. For the training fatigue, hyperbaric oxygen can be an intervention way to promote eliminating exercise-induced fatigue. Further research should be carried out with respect to specific evaluation indexes, the effect of hyperbaric oxygen intervention, hyperbaric oxygen eliminating exercise-induced fatigue, the comparison of different stages of training effect of hyperbaric oxygen intervention and long-term hyperbaric oxygen intervention effects on the body, so as to improve the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen.
